just a little public service announcement. if you have a Weber grill and you like grilling and hanging out with people while you're doing it, I recommend you getting one of these Bluetooth Weber temperature gauges. it will alert your phone and send notifications when the grill falls below a certain temperature or if it gets too high. it also gives you a 10° warning when you're getting close to the food temp that you're selecting. if you're doing a chuck roast or a big piece of meat that you want a perfect temperature, this thing is going to do it and you're going to look like a hero because you're going to have the perfect temperature for food every time
