Leah Williamson - 'Real Food for Kids'

Leah Williamson is a mother of two and the founder of the Brisbane Paleo Group and Brisbane Paleo Family. After years of struggling with her weight and related health issues Leah discovered the Paleo lifestyle and had fantastic success in solving many of her health issues as well as managing to lose 30 kilograms.

Inspired by her new lease on life, Leah formed the Brisbane Paleo Group to help others discover that eating Paleo need not be difficult or expensive. The Brisbane Paleo Group is Queensland’s largest Paleo group with over 300 members in meet up and a very active Facebook group.
