Imagine Losing The Ability To Speak Or Move Your Hands: Dystonia

James was a trainee plumbing engineer and fitness addict, when, “out of nowhere”, he developed Dystonia, a neurological movement disorder which affects his speech and hands. But that hasn’t stopped him from getting on with life, and putting his passion for fitness to good use. As a personal trainer and life coach, James is now dedicated to helping people like bone cancer-survivor Arnie find her confidence again.
