2019 Rogue Invitational | Go Ruck - Full Live Stream

Official, complete live stream of the opening GoRuck event from the 2019 Rogue Invitational in Columbus, Ohio. Includes the Team, Individual Men’s, Individual Women’s, and Legends competition. Standout performances from Team CrossFit OC3, 2x Fittest Woman on Earth Tia-Clair Toomey, plus 3x CrossFit Games Champ Mat Fraser taking on a worthy challenge from Cole Sager and Patrick Vellner.

In this event, single competitors wearing a weighted pack (30 LB men, 20 LB women) must complete: 3 Rope Climbs, ½ Mile Run, 5 Sandbag to Shelf (200 LB men, 100 LB women), ½ Mile Run with Sandbag, and a Sandbag Drag (125 LB men, 75 LB women) back to the Finish Line. Time cap: 22 minutes.

For the Team Event, the challenge involves: 2 Rope Climbs per team member, the Assembly and Loading of 550 LB Cart, ½ Mile Run w/ Cart, 8 Sandbag to Shelf, ½ Mile Run w/ Cart, Sandbag Drag to Finish Line. Time cap: 35 minutes.
