PERSONAL PROFILE
KHiM SOK HENG is a multi-dimensional and transformation leader, edutainer, entrepreneur and investor. He is a human development & empowerment specialist for diversity, founder of Learning for Success Institute (LSI), a well-known motivational keynote speaker and trainer to inspire the next. He has been well-known among all the media like press media, social media, CTN TV, BAYON TV, SEATV, and Radio Programs. He does attract people globally and get love back to his business and to his family as well.
In December 12, 2014, H.E. KHiM SOK HENG was decreed as an advisor for Ministry of Labour & Vocational Training by His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia. He is now on the way to a global and XD Leadership.
In August 20, 2018, H.E. was certified by NAR from US as International Property Specialist (CIPS).
He has earned his degrees in International Relations (IRs), Human Resources Development and Educational Science. In addition, he was trained, coached and mentored by worldwide renowned experts such as an Australian human development specialist, Japanese expert in Japanese’s philosophy, innovation, management & leadership and a German Global Business Coach. Through these experts, he is able to equip with the knowledge, skills, know-how and tools to inspire different walk of life. One of his passions is the transformation of a new perception for generation Y and Z to develop themselves to impact and be an attractive and productive citizen in the community and society.
He was born in 1982 living with a poor family in Prey Veng province of Cambodia. From the advice of his mother, he determined to achieve the impossible goal. He has visited United Kingdom UK, Germany, China, Japan, South Korea, Scotland, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. He has provided training to more than 116,000 participants with different organizations including private sectors such as CHIP MONG Group, Airport (PPIA), Cambodia Micro-finance Association (CMA), MFIs, and Sathapana Bank Plc. in financial institutions. Also, with local and international NGOs such as Cambodian Red Cross, UNDP, CARE International and Concerning Worldwide, not to mention in Governmental institutions.
His future vision for global competitive businesses is to transform the highest level of global value-based leadership, and global mind setting in all regions of the world.
Sok Heng is married to his lovely wife and has three happy sons and one happy daughter. His goal is always to live in excellent family values of harmony!
