My Favorite Chinese Dish! | Bamboo Shoots with Chicken | 鱼香肉丝 | Stir-Fried Bamboo Shoots

Anyone who has bamboo in their back yards is in luck! Spring is the time you can pick and eat bamboo shoots. This is my favorite Chinese dish. It is called 鱼香肉丝. I have seen a bunch of English translations for this, but I am just going to call it ‘Bamboo Shoots with Chicken. The recipe traditionally calls for pork, but I substituted chicken because I didn’t have any pork.
