HOW TO HAVE CONFIDENCE & LOVE YOURSELF | RawBeautyKristi

Hey guys.. today is a bit of a change of pace from videos that I've done recently. Were taking a little break from the reviews and funny videos to talk about Self Confidence. This is something that is SO lacking in todays society. We tend to hate ourselves, feel worthless, self conscious, fat, ugly, unworthy of love, insignificant - This is all a lie. You are SO BEAUTIFUL. If you have deformities, you are beautiful. If you are overweight, obese, thin, or anything in between, you are wonderful. These are things we need to tell ourselves, every single day. We are given ONE SMALL SHORT LIFE here on this planet, and we should live it full of love for ourselves. Confidence is something that we all need to have in order to be able to treat others with kindness. Knowing that our appearance is ONE TINY MINUSCULE part of our lives, and the content of your character is 109230483984x more important than anything you wear, what you look like, or anything you put on your face.

If you live your BEST life, be your best self, be authentic, kind, giving, helpful, and beautiful internally - you are the most beautiful person in the world. Nobody will remember you for how many cars or handbags you have. Nobody will remember the size of your waist, but everyone will remember your legacy. What you leave behind when we go will be a legacy of kindness and beauty. Not what others eyes perceive us as. When my mom passed away, we remember her kindness, her soul, her passions and the way she loved - not the size of her jeans. Not the makeup she wore. But her heart - That is what is important. Have a beautiful heart and you are a beautiful person, as cliche
