Mexico has a New President! 🇲🇽 Toma de protesta de AMLO

Yesterday Mexico swore in a new president- Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador or AMLO. AMLO is only the 5th democratically elected president in the history of Mexico. This was his third time running for president and this time he won in a landslide. As foreigners we do not support or endorse any Mexican politician or elected official. We are simply documenting our experiences in Mexico and in particular what downtown Mexico City looked like on December 1st, 2018.
