From Frozen Dough To Sourdough Pizza In The Snow
After shaping the dough balls I let them rest for 1 hour at roomtemperature in an airtight container ready for the freezer 🥶 The day before I use it, I'll put it in the fridge in the evening. Take it out at least 3-4 hours before cooking.
This one was topped with homemade tomato sauce, fresh basil, fior di latte and ham 😋
