Ever wonder which items are still in stock without scrolling through a massive list? In this video, I’ll show you how to use Conditional Formatting and the COUNTIF function to automatically highlight unsold items! 🚀

The Formula used: =COUNTIF($C$2:$C$21, B2)=0

This tells Excel: "If this item is NOT found in the 'Sold' column, turn the background yellow."

Steps covered:

Select your "In Stock" list.

Go to Conditional Formatting - New Rule.

Use a formula to determine which cells to format.

Enter the formula and pick your color!
