The technologies of the future will be invisible to the human eye. Passive technology doesn't get in the way of the customer, but instead it helps them out in the background. Vencislav is a managing director of Alcatraz AI - a platform that develops facial recognition solutions that substitute the traditional badges and cards to grant physical access to venues. Before that he worked at NVIDIA where he's been in charge of integrated multimedia systems for projects like Tesla Model S, BMW and Audi. He's also worked for Apple for a while and assisted in building the first Face ID functions in iPhone and iPad This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
