Leucistic VS Wild Type Indian Peacock Joust

Initially I thought the white one was an albino, but some viewers pointed out that this was a white peacock. The technical term is leucistic peacock. The only way to differentiate from the footage is to recognize the black eyes that would otherwise be red or pink on an albino. Occasionally, peafowl appear with white plumage. Although albino peacocks do exist, most of the white ones you see have a condition called leucism which causes an overall reduction in different types of pigment. Leucistic peachicks are born yellow and become fully white as they mature.

Leucistic peacocks serve as human crowd magnets, even more so than wild types with their stunning plumage, but can this leucistic male win a mating duel to curry favor with the two females watching nearby?
