Parachuting is how soldiers in The Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces get to the battlefield, and they need to arrive safely on the drop zone to be able to get on with the mission.

The Parachute Landing Fall is the technique taught to soldiers to reduce the risk of injury when landing a parachute jump. It is a key skill taught during the Basic Parachute Course, which is delivered by Army and RAF Parachute Jump Instructors at RAF Brize Norton.
