Can the MK3 ESCORT cylinder head be SAVED???? 🤔

It was time to turn my attention back to my Dad's Mk3 Escort! 👍
In this video I removed the cylinder head from the 1600 CVH engine and took a trip to @Clumpfab.
As usual there were plenty of interesting projects at Clumpfab fro me to wave my camera at and its always really cool to see examples of Chris' EPIC skills.
But can my Dads cylinder head be saved?????

Also, Dads trusty Mk1 Focus estate was playing up and not running very well. With the car now at well over 200k miles, is it time to scrap it????
