Chicken and Potato Bake

Chicken thighs
5 Potatoes cut
1 small Onion
1 small Bell pepper
2 cans cream of chicken
Water to thin out cream of chicken
Salt , pepper Paprika Parsley flakes poultry seasoning soul seasoning
2 Tablespoon sofrito
1 teaspoon ginger chopped fine
1 whole garlic clove chopped fine
Italian dressing to coat chicken
