We’re back with another LEGO Modular Hunt - and this time it’s a big one! Modular 16 of 20 for our collection is the Detective’s Office (10246) from 2015, a set that retired in 2018 and has become one of the most sought-after LEGO modulars ever.

I managed to pick this one up at my first ever LEGO auction with Vectis Auctions (https://vectis.co.uk) and after fees and delivery it came to around £270 - well below the average UK price for this set. The big question though: was it worth it?

In this video we:
- Unbox and quality check the set (making sure it had all minifigures, no missing pieces, no sun damage, etc.)
- Build the set, looking at the key features, details and easter eggs
- Share final thoughts on the build and whether I’ll be buying from LEGO auctions again
