Federal Judge Finds, by a Preponderance of the Evidence, that Trump Committed Crimes Against the US

In a blockbuster development, federal judge David Carter finds that the evidence shows, more likely than not, that Donald Trump corruptly obstructed the certification of the results of the presidential election AND that he conspired with John Eastman to defraud and commit offenses against the United States.

Importantly, the judge's finding is an even high burden of proof - a preponderance of the evidence - than is required to indict Trump for his crimes, which requires probable cause.
