When we launched GO-JEK in January 2015, nobody could have imagined that within just three years, we would have grown to 100 million orders per month. At the same time, our range of businesses had increased from just transport, shopping and logistics, to payments, lifestyle services, ticketing, even auto repairs.

We are humbled by this type of growth because it enables and forces us to adapt and be at the forefront of innovation for our community members.

Take driver recruitment. When growth in transactions happens at an unprecedented rate, there just isn't a playbook that we can turn to. We need to get our hands dirty and be scrappy, which is why we ended up renting a basketball stadium to recruit our drivers.

But this is just one example.
