Day 3/21 — Breakfast Before 9AM Challenge 🍽️

For the South Indian in me.

I’m 46. Bengaluru hudgi in Dubai. And I’m NOT quitting rice to lose belly fat.

TODAY’S BREAKFAST:
Soft @IDFOODofficial idlis
Fresh coconut chutney – protein
Steamed, plated & eaten by 9AM GST

They told us “no rice” to lose weight. I’m testing “rice before 9AM” instead.

Why this works for belly fat:
1. Fermented idli = gut health = less bloating
2. Coconut chutney = healthy fats = no 11AM sugar crash
3. Eating before 9AM = lowers cortisol = stops fat storage

I’m not a nutritionist. I’m a 46-year-old South Indian woman tired of diet rules that erase culture.

Day 1 was oats. Day 2 was omelette. Day 3 is roots.
We eat heritage, not hide it.

Don’t look for the table.
We ARE the table.
