Running is a tool—not the goal.

As I enter the deficit phase of my 90-day program, I’ve added LISS cardio (low-intensity steady-state) to complement the cut.
🏃‍♂️ Why? Because it:
✅ Burns fat without crushing recovery
✅ Improves cardiovascular health
✅ Helps manage appetite & boost mood during a cut

But let’s be clear:
🚫 I don’t run to punish myself.
🚫 I don’t run to “burn off” food.
✅ I run with purpose—to support performance and results, not chase them.
