Fix Your Drooping Truck Door! - Hinge Pin Replacement Made WAY Easier! | '91 Ford F150

Is your truck door sagging, not lining up, or hard to close? In this video, I show you how I fixed my misaligned door by replacing the worn-out hinge pins — and I did it without grinding the top of the pins like most tutorials suggest.

Instead, I came up with a better method: I ground out the middle of the hinge pins, allowing me to remove them more easily from both the top and bottom. This trick saved me time and effort — and it worked perfectly!
