Who Can Perform a 50% COMBO? (Smash Ultimate)

Today, we're going to see who can perform a 50% combo in Smash Ultimate. Here are the rules:
-Combo must be performed against Mario on Final Destination with Stale Moves set to ON (all other settings left at default)
-One pummel per grab (so I can't just crank up the % to 999 and pummel a bunch)
-If a move has multiple hits, but the combo counter says those hits don't combo into each other, it doesn't matter. What matters is that each move combos into the next one

I don't really have any proof that needles to grab in Sheik's combo is true, but it looks true and I couldn't find anything else so I went with it
