Walk March Lift Dumbbells is a 32 minute low impact exercise workout that uses dumbbells and cardio walking and marching to help built a stronger body building lean muscle and lose weight. The muscles groups trained are biceps, triceps, shoulders, back and legs. The walk and march is done at 144 BPM so it will keep your heart rate up and help you get some steps in.
