This is PART II of two videos showing how I constructed the recessed fireplace box in the center under a mounted TV. Video I shows how I constructed the shelving units on the right and left sides. This video covers building the framing for the recessed fireplace, tying it into the shelving, and finishing the entire wall unit off with crown molding and base trim.
Because this is custom to my space, this isn't a project you will copy exactly, but you will learn lots of tips on creating a custom project for your space.
