The TikTok 12-3-30 workout is pretty simple. You jump on a treadmill, set the incline to 12, put the speed at 3 and do it for 30 minutes. Numbers... It's a pretty intense workout, especially if you're doing it 5 times a week, but as ever TikTok has made it sound like the magic answer to losing weight and getting rid of fat... WHICH IT'S NOT! Who knew...

The viral nature of 12-3-30 is mostly because those doing it haven't been consistent with their cardio, and are now getting their sessions in while also working out far harder than they were anyway. Because yes, that's all fitness actually is...
