How to make cottage pie 🥧

Hello beautiful people...welcome back to my channel 🙏In today’s video,I am making cottage pie 🥧...

Ingredients
1.potatos
2.minced meat
3.carrots
3.greea peas
5.worcester sauce
6.Black Pepper
7.Thyme
8.seasoning cube
9.salt
10.Dried rosemary
11.flour
12.butter
13.Milk
14.persman 🧀
15.onions
16.Garlic.

Procedure.
1.In a sauce pan,add 3 tablespoon of oil and then add the minced meat,keep stirring until the meat changes color,after the meat changes Colour ,set aside.

2.in a sauce pan add oil...add onions and sauté for 3-5 minutes,add the carrots and also fry for 3-5mins ,add the tomato paste and fry for 10-15 mins,add the herbs,thyme,rosemary,Black pepper and salt,add the green peas and minced meat,Worcester sauce

3.Add the beef broth,then add the flour..let it cook for 20-30mins

Potato paste
1.cook potatoes until soft

2.Add the milk ,butter,salt,black pepper,persman Cheese 🧀

3.Then mash with a potato masher

Pour Th pie mixture in a casserole dish (the meat )then put the potatoes paste on it and smoothen with a spactular..Egg wash and and Add cheese 🧀...bake for 30-40 mins👍
