Sophie Morgan: Para Motor-biker Riding Out the Coronavirus (Part.1)

I'm Sophie a paraplegic motorbiker and TV presenter from the UK

Currently in the UK we are all being asked to isolate ourselves and as a disabled woman I am taking no risks to my own or others health so I am staying home as our government has advised.

But we are allowed to get exercise so long as we stay out of contact with others. When I need to get some fresh air - my version of a bike ride - I'll be heading out on my adapted trike (in my helmet and gloves) to see how the world around me is experiencing this global pandemic.

At this time of social distancing there is no better means of transport than a motorbike and no better group than the disabled to give insight on how to manage.
