HIIT Tabata style - Limitless Fitness & PT

This is a Tabatha style HIIT class, characterized by the 20 second intervals, though we do a 10 second transition/rest while commonly it is 5 seconds!

You will need a pair of light or medium dumbells, and a mat. If you would like to use heavier weights, be my guest. :)

We have two sections making up the whole board, so either way you look at it, we do each sections 4 times for a total of 8 sections, and or we do 4 whole boards.

1st block - Whole body block
1. Jumping Jacks
2. Kneeling Twists
3. Lateral Lunges
4. Push Ups
5. Jump Squats

2nd block - Ab block
1. In/Outs
2. Bicycles
3. Side Plank
4. Side Plank
5. Hip Dips (also known as Rainbow Plank)
