Does Youtube Promote Censorship? | Sure Seems Like it!

YouTube Is deleting your comments. Is this censorship or just the youtube algorithm. Many of your comments that i try to respond to get deleted in a matter of seconds. I'm not the one doing this. I select "Allow All Comments" when I uploads my videos, so comments still being deleted makes no sense. Youtube and its algorithm needs some serious tweaking. Youtube viewer engagement is what allows channels to grow. And deleting comments (User Engagement) stunts growth.
