James Gunn revealed the cast and footage for his Suicide Squad film coming in 2021, a sequel-reboot of the 2016 Suicide Squad with Margot Robbie Harley Quinn, Amanda Waller, Rick Flag, and Captain Boomerang returning, joined by John Cena as Peacemaker, Idris Elba as Bloodsport, and other bizarre newcomers like King Shark, Polka-Dot Man, and Nathan Fillion as a man who can apparently pop his arms off and beat people with them. Erik Voss breaks down this Suicide Squad teaser for all the hidden details, including the insane DC villain that is barely visible in the footage, yet explains so much of the mysterious war the Suicide Squad finds themselves in the middle of.
