Hi大家好,今天来给大家分享西兰花的新吃法,这一定是你今年吃过坠好吃的西兰花!我近日超爱做的沙拉——松脆的西兰花配上浓郁的蒜蓉蛋黄酱,真的绝了!10分钟就能搞定,如果你吃腻了水煮西兰花,一定要试试这道沙拉,你一定会爱上的!

这款沙拉酱的基础是蛋黄酱,制作起来也非常简单,就是🥚+油脂。自制的酱汁会比超市里的更健康,能控制油脂的质量,不用担心对身体不好,让身体发炎。

这款沙拉可以冷藏,可以提前做放几天都没有问题。放的时间长一点其实花菜会稍稍变软一些。

食材:
西兰花 1颗
洋葱 半颗
培根 切小块
苹果醋(白醋)
无菌蛋(半个蛋黄+少量蛋白)
葡萄干(或其它水果干)
牛油果油(或温和型橄榄油)
开心果 1小碟
杏仁 1小碟
柠檬汁 半颗
枫糖 2勺
蒜末 适量

Hi everyone, today I'm going to share with you a new way to eat broccoli, this must be the most delicious broccoli you've eaten this year! My latest favourite salad -- crunchy broccoli with a rich garlic mayonnaise -- is amazing. It can be cooked in 10 minutes, and if you ever get tired of poached broccoli, you should definitely try this salad, you'll love it!

The base of this salad dressing is mayonnaise, which is also very simple to make: egg+ oil. Homemade sauces will be healthier than supermarket ones and you can control the quality of the oils without worrying about being bad for the body and inflammation.

This salad can be refrigerated, so you can make it in advance and store it for up to a few days.

Ingredients:
Broccoli
Half onion
Bacon(Cut into small pieces)
Apple cider Vinegar (or white vinegar)
Sterile egg (half yolk + small amount of egg white)
Raisins (or other dried fruit)
Avocado oil (or mild olive oil)
Pistachios
Almonds
Half a lemon juice
Maple syrup
Minced garlic
