Vaux's Swifts: Bend's Best Aerial Acrobats

Every spring and fall, tens of thousands of small birds called Vaux's Swifts fly through Bend. Many of them roost each night at the Bend Boys & Girls Club, across the street from the Downtown Bend library. You'll be introduced to these amazing birds and learn where to see them this fall. It's one of Bend's most spectacular nature experiences!
