Wing Chun Bridge Training Drill (Wing Chun vs Boxing)

Good Wing Chun technique assumes contact or - as we call it - the bridge. But the hard part is getting a strong bridge to work from. Many Wing Chun schools do a poor job of teaching their students proper bridging skills. They train with monotonous rhythm and against techniques they're not likely to need to defend against (like against another Wing Chun guy). We take a more practical approach.
