ASMR | Lucid Dreaming *Scientifically Proven Technique*

Lucid dreaming has a number of benefits for emotional and mental health. So I have created this sleep hypnosis to teach you to experience lucid dreaming. This hypnosis uses a scientifically proven technique called Wake Initiated Lucid Dreaming (WILD). This hypnosis is an ASMR whispered video and includes an extended wind soundscape for deep relaxation and sleep. If you have a diagnosis of Schizoprenia or Bipolar Disorder it is advisable to discuss the practice of lucid dreaming with your healthcare professional prior to practicing these techniques. I am a doctor of clinical psychology and hypnotherapist.
