20 September 2012 jongstleden vond in Den Bosch voor de tweede maal het succesvolle Buma NL festival plaats. Tijdens het festival werden ook de Buma NL awards uitgereikt. Als speciale gast deed Stacey Rookhuizen verslag van de award show en sprak zij met Nederlandse sterren als Frans Duits, Frans Bauer, Xander de Buisonje, Peter Beense en ook Danny Froger over het belang van Buma NL, de toekomst van Nederlandstalige muziek en de impact van het winnen van een Buma NL award.
