Go Beyond the Degree | My 2026 Graduation Keynote Speech

Over 10 years ago, I stood on the stage at Constructor University (formerly Jacobs University) as the graduation speaker of the Class of 2015. This year, I had the honor of returning to my alma mater to deliver the keynote speech for the Class of 2026.

It was a truly special full-circle moment. I shared my journey, the unexpected turns that shaped my career, and one message I hope every graduate remembers: your degree is your foundation, not your limitation. Keep adapting, keep exploring, and never be afraid to go beyond the path you originally imagined.
