Motorbikes and scooters are unheard of in Gili T so it has still kept its laidback island charm. Bicycles are everywhere and you won’t be pressed to rent one for the day 🚲 . You can easily cover the island in a day - check out the video for some more bike tips 😄


Travellers have loved this island for many years, with tourists often returning to it’s beautiful beaches and spectacular surrounding diving spots, but this means it can become quite expensive staying on Gili T as everything has to get there by boat. Tips 5 and 6 in the video will help you try to keep costs down on the island if you’re traveling on a budget.

ABOUT US: We’re a couple based in Leeds, UK. Like everyone, we love a good holiday but we're making our love of travel the main part of the next year by backpacking and traveling to new places. At the end of 2018 we decided to undertake a big travel adventure whilst we’re young and with no commitments. At the moment we've planned to be away for one year but it could be longer!
