The dps that Fel-Scarred pushes in pvp is pretty hectic. The normal consistent dps that Havoc does can keep the pressure going pretty decently and the burst can be quite complicated to survive. The way Fel-Scarred is it is has multiple abilities that change into new different abilities and have their damage increased. The first ability is Essence Break followed by Sigil Of Flame and last Metamorphosis in that order to maximize damage and do your basic normal rotation. The main stat you need is Mastery as it increases your chaos damage
