Guys there is a setup in Austria by @Tyzzeria that seems to work fine... you can check out that video here https://youtu.be/Zcyrt-d1_XQ at 03:55 there is the Subito Cotto 80 with an Avanzini P1 set up outdoors with a flame that looks very good and similar to the ones in italy. They said that the bottom temperature is fine and there is no flue from the burner in the inside of the oven. I asked them for a quick video about their settings that may help you guys out who are interested.... You may need a gas technician to set up the oven correctly.

I just tested the gas option on the Subito cotto 60. I heated up the oven for 1 hour and got 440°C in the center of the stone. The flame looks quite yellow - not as blue (hot) as you see it in other reviews. I even tried a different gas container with different propane. Just the same. I have the same experience in the 80 with the P1 burner as well. The flame in full power goes way to high and burns the pizza on top. When you do not go full power you do not get the 440°C on the stone in the center. Let me know if you have a similar experience outside of Italy? You may stick to the wood option if this is really an issue with the burner/oven combination and don't pay the x-tra money for the burner if you're non Italian... :)
