AS WE RISE: CONVERSATION AVEC KENNETH MONTAGUE
An inspiring presentation by Kenneth Montague on the Wedge Collection and contemporary Black photography. Dr. Montague ill discusses how the desire to give back and raise up people from the community have been driving forces behind his establishment of one of Canada’s largest private art collections exploring African diasporic culture and contemporary Black visual culture.
The presentation is followed by a conversation with National Gallery of Canada Interim Director and CEO Angela Cassie.
