Escape 10 Tanoa but with no PANTS (Solo Speedrun on Veteran mode)

A lone scrub is trapped on the green hell that is Tanoa. He faces dozens of heavily armed enemy CSAT troops in trucks, helis, and boats, elite squads of Syndikat stalkers, and the struggle of traversing the lag-ridden jungle without using cheats. But this is too easy without any teamkillers. I'm about to embark on the most tedious mission ever: Speedrunning Escape 10 Tanoa with no weapons (or pants). This will be interesting.

Veteran mode (first person only, no GPS, no HUD, no enemy map markers)
By myself, no guns, no armor, no clothes, no defense whatsoever.

What's the secret? Skill, patience, and unpacking the BIS mission file to find where to walk around the trigger zones.
