James McCloughan awarded Medal of Honor
On July 31, 2017, more than 48 years after he risked his own safety to save the lives of 11 people in Vietnam, Spc. James McCloughan of South Haven was awarded the nation's most prestigious military decoration, the Medal of Honor.
