Merga Oliva is a family business in LaHiguera (Andalusia, Spain), where, in the winter, they make their own extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality.
Also, farmers in the area with a small amount of olive trees can bring their olives to Merga Oliva and in an hour or so they take their olive oil back home.
