Welcome back to another Sims 4 speed build! Today I've got my first Eco Lifestyle build in Evergreen Harbor for you guys, which I've designed as a luxurious 3-story modern family home. Built on the 30x20 lot site of "The Old Mill" it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms using all of the new build/buy items we got with Eco Lifestyle!
