ASICS METARACER Review - What A SHOE ! Excuse the bad sound

First a big thanks to Asics for sending me these shoes to test in my quest to find the fastest Carbon plate racing shoe !

These shoes are LIGHT , Medium density , stable and have a MEDIUM toe off experience which was great !

I tested these shoes over 80km thus far , long runs and two speed workouts at 3:30 and 3:20 a km for a few KM .
