Maximize Leg GAINS with High Intensity Extensions!🔥
It's leg day and here are some high intensity leg extensions that will certainly make your quads grow! One of the defining aspects of Naturally Intense High Intensity Training is that there's little to no rest between sets. You go nonstop and that increases the intensity to an insane degree!
Leg extensions are a staple Naturally Intense High Intensity Training isolation exercise for the quads, and the first set serves to get the blood flowing and muscles warmed up. Weight goes up for the second set and the burn starts to set in! This set also serves as a primer to get my body and mind ready for the final push!
On the last set, weight goes up again and the goal is to GET the weight up until you absolutely can't! Going all out!
For the last set every rep felt like a battle, But you can't stop because it burns, You have to plow through that fire and keep going until there's nothing left in the tank!
I got in 6 hard earned reps with leg extensions on that last set before hitting momentary muscular failure and my quads are still burning! My thanks to my training partner Erika Citrin for adding the weights and the encouragement. Teamwork makes the dream work!
For the equipment minded, it's a Powertec bench with a Powertec Leg Extension attachment.
