Watermelon Cucumber Feta Salad

We learned why people salt their watermelon in my last video, now we put that knowledge to the test by making a watermelon cucumber feta salad. The feta cheese provides a nice salty component to the dish. Additional fresh ingredients like mint, cucumber, and onion make this the perfect summer salad.

RECIPE BELOW!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------- WATERMELON CUCUMBER FETA SALAD ---

Ingredients
- 4-5 cups watermelon, diced
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 1 Cucumbers, seeded (optional), skin removed, diced
- 2 TBSP mint, minced
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh black pepper
- Salt
- Olive oil

1. Grab your big ass bowl and cut all of the vegetables and herbs to the indicated size. Add the vegetables in the bowl.
2. Add the crumbled feta, salt, pepper, and a dash of olive oil.
3. Toss everything together and TASTE IT! If it needs more salt, pepper, or feta you can add it in.
4. Enjoy!
