Over one-third of Brits don’t like the way they look, but Channel 4’s Naked Beach is on a mission to change that. The new reality series, set in Greece, puts people with body insecurities in a villa alongside body confident hosts of all shapes and sizes. These hosts are all naked, with only paint to cover their modesty. The experiment is set to boost self-esteem by exposing people to ‘normal’ naked bodies, as opposed to media-perfect ones. But does it really work? One woman who claims it changed her life is 28-year-old Kaye Wright. She joins us alongside the naked hosts who helped her on her journey.
