Ayyyyye! It's been a YEAR of plant-based living and I love it! Taking care of our bodies is VITAL - we have to live long enough to accomplish all the amazing things God has for us to do on the earth. Don't bounce out early because of health-related issues that can be fixed with healthy living! 

Also, gee whiz, my dad had a birthday. I love that guy! We had fun celebrating him yesterday - he is worth celebrating!
