We are constantly encouraged to persist, not to give up, and to maintain discipline as the main path to success. However, little is said about the risk of consistently moving in the wrong direction. In an increasingly dynamic and uncertain world, the ability to adjust course becomes just as important as discipline itself.

This lecture is relevant because it proposes a shift in mindset: moving away from the logic of repetition and toward the logic of strategic reflection. More than doing more, it is necessary to better understand where one is heading.

By presenting a clear and applicable method, the idea helps individuals develop greater awareness of their decisions, avoid unproductive cycles, and build paths that are more aligned with their goals. In a context where time, energy, and focus are scarce resources, learning how to recalibrate the path may be the true difference between effort and evolution.

Bacharel, mestre e doutor em Ciências Policiais de Segurança e Ordem Pública, construiu sua carreira com forte atuação na área operacional. Dentre suas especializações destaca-se a Inteligência Policial, Gerenciamento de Crises, Policiamento em Eventos e Liderança, área na qual também atua como professor na Academia de Polícia Militar do Barro Branco. Fora do ambiente profissional, dedica-se ao esporte como triatleta amador, com foco em provas de longa distância. Já concluiu cinco Iron Mans e mantém uma rotina constante de treinamento, sempre em busca de novos desafios no triathlon.
